I am a massage therapist and yoga instructor and am concerned about how we take care of our bodies.I also want people to WANT to KNOW what we are putting in our bodies. We think because it is approved by the FDA, that it is "ok" to eat/drink. This is just what our generation and the ones before us believe. The truth is, we need to get to know our bodies, the best way to take care of them and then proceed to a healthier life! After all, it is the only thing our soul has to live in.

Are we taking in more than we should?? OF COURSE we are and it increases every year!
